A.E. Sadeghipour came to Domicilium equipped with a slew of fine poems which demonstrated the breadth of her oeuvre.
After revealing her obsession with the word ‘you’ to the audience, A.E. felt it necessary to explain from whence that obsession sprung. Her piece “Persian has No Pronouns” is an effort to give a bit of context to her fascination with pronouns. As the name of the piece suggests, her mother tongue, Farsi, does not use pronouns, and A.E. thinks it might be better for it.
Domicilium happens every second Tuesday of the month in Berlin. If you’re in the hood, come through! We’d love to see you there.
