We have been working hard to make this season something special. We’ll be sharing the first episode with y’all come Sunday. Here is the second taste of what’s to come. We’re going to be trying out the new Premier feature on YouTube, so you will be able to watch the video with us when it comes out. That means you’ll be able to chat with us about what’s going on and maybe even give us feedback on the show. Would love to have you there!
I was in Cuba last November for two weeks, traveling around the island with my lady. During the trip I made some tracks on my Novation Circuit and recorded this set on the beach of Varadero. It was sunny during the entire trip, but as soon as I was recording, it stared to rain. Luckily all my gear survived. Special thanks to Sara for the amazing trip and for operating the camera in that video.
This is the first in a long line of Berlin Untelevised mixtapes. Each artist will be releasing full length projects in the near future under the Berlin Untelevised label. For now, we bequeath a small taste of their essence upon you in the form of this medley of gorgeous sounds. Each track is different than the last. Genre is no limitation. We strive to support creators whose work challenges. This would not have been possible without the continued support from local Berlin musicians and the many hands who have supported and encouraged us along the way. Stay tuned for the tsunami moves. credits released April 1, 2018 Thanks to all creators and contributors. Thanks to all supporters and professionals who lent us their time and ears. Thanks to you for finding your way here.
Things don’t always work out as planned. This set is one of those things. Originally prepared for the SCXOENF3LD festival in 2017, Knockout Knob was unable to make it due to the might of Mother Nature. Instead, he uploaded the set for all to enjoy.
All you hear is the Novation Circuit. Okay… and a bit of the car atmosphere. This Jam was recorded on the Autobahn on the way from Munich back home to Berlin.
Knockout Knob took a track he composed and jammed on top of it in the K12 studio. In this trippy video, you get a glimpse inside the workflow of our enigmatic engineer of sound.
Since the original release of this episode last year, A\D|S/R has not had very much time for sharing his sounds with the world, because he became a father at the start of 2017. But now that he’s getting the hang of it, he’s managed to get some projects off of the ground. He’s working on an album, and recently started shooting a music video for one of its tracks. You can find him on Facebook if you’re digging the sounds and hungry for more.
